Orders placed before 2PM EST ship same day via USPS or UPS. Free shipping is provided on all orders. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs agencies.
Due to the nature of research chemicals, we cannot accept returns on opened products unless there is a documented quality defect. If your product does not meet stated purity specifications, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

All orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday–Friday are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2PM or on weekends ship the next business day.
We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
All peptide kits are shipped in insulated packaging. For orders over $500 or during summer months, cold packs are included at no additional charge to maintain product integrity during transit.
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order through your account page.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement at no cost.

Velmora Labs guarantees that all products meet or exceed the stated purity specifications on our Certificate of Analysis. If your product fails to meet these standards, we will provide a full replacement or refund.
Email support@velmoralabs.net within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the product, and a description of the issue. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Credit card refunds may take 5-10 additional days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
